Aleksandra Jaeschke
Aleksandra Jaeschke [AA Dipl RIBA II, ARQ COAC, BA Visual Communication] is an architect and graphic designer and a principal researcher in OCEAN. She is partner in AION, an architectural studio within which she has worked on projects ranging from furniture and interiors to architectural and urban schemes. She was partner in ACAB, a London-based architectural studio, and participated with biothing in the New York Hot Spot section of the Beijing Biennial of Architecture in 2004. Aleksandra’s work was featured in various publications and she lectured in Italy and Norway.
Her research focuses on processes of formation leading towards novel models of material organization, investigating the essential relationship between structural and functional performance across scales and domains.

Andrea Di Stefano
Andrea Di Stefano [Architect AA Dipl RIBA II, ARQ COAC] is an architect, critic and curator and a principal researcher in OCEAN. He has studied History and Theory of Architecture at IUAV in Venice and graduated from the Architectural Association in London. He has led a series of events on the notion of time in architecture under the name of AION and in 2002 he co-founded the AION architectural studio. He is consultant for Eliante, an Italian interdisciplinary network for Arts & Design. He collaborated with the New York-based design studio biothing and was partner in ACAB, a London-based architectural practice. Andrea has organized workshops and curated exhibitions, including the Architectural Section of the Prague Biennale in 2003. His curatorial and critical work has been published in various international magazines.
